Hello, my name is Tina Hernandez. My little sister, Tracy, is in the early stages of cancer diagnosis. She is a mother of 4 children, 3 of whom are in grade school.

She has no way of paying for any of the medical procedures that she needs to have done. Medi-Cal doesn't pay for a lot of the types of procedures she has to do as soon as possible. Plus, her past emergency and other medical bills Medi-Cal will not pay for either.

I understand that nowadays, with the cost of living, people are struggling.
