We are sharing some devastating news in the hope that everyone who has followed Tofik Beshir on his cycling journey will help get him through this trying time.

On Thursday, October 8, Tofik was involved in a head-on collision on a gravel road while on a ride near Lees-McRae. His injuries are serious and his recovery will be long. To date, he has received excellent medical care and will continue to require ongoing treatment.

All funds raised will be administered through a medical trust specifically designated to support Tofik's treatment and recovery. Our goal is to reach $200k in donations; this ceiling may rise as Tofik's situation develops. Thank you for your contribution and ongoing support!
