Hey everyone,

I am setting up this GoFundMe for my mother-in-law, Tabitha Casstevens. On Friday, 5/9/2025, she was rushed to the hospital for respiratory failure. She was seen at Hugh Chatham, and they put her on a ventilator. The doctors decided she needed more intensive care and transferred her to Baptist ICU the same day. She spent days on the ventilator and a feeding tube. She is making incredible progress through this journey and finally was moved out of the ICU yesterday, 5/17/2025. It is still undetermined when she gets to come home. With that being said, once she is out of the hospital, she needs to follow up with a lung doctor. Currently, she has no medical insurance. We are in the process of getting her insurance, but the process is taking longer than we expected.

The money is for her medical expenses, such as copays and medicines, until we get her insurance finalized. Anything will help so much! Please pray for Tabitha and her family during this time!
