Please help us raise money to help Sloane, a special-needs 5-year-old with a severe form of cerebral palsy that has resulted in a variety of medical challenges, including life-threatening seizures. Sloanie cannot walk (but wants to!), is non-verbal, and has limited use of her arms and hands. Sloane's mother is an only parent to Sloane and her twin sister. She is managing her full-time job, hospital stays, appointments, and daily logistics of parenting two young girls. Despite the support of friends and family, the realities of caring for Sloane's complex medical needs create obstacles she cannot manage on her own. A mobility van equipped for Sloane's needs would provide reliable transportation for the entire family and allow Sloane to grow and participate in daily activities.
