This is Sherry Redowl-Neiss. She is an elder with a fixed income. She worked 60 years as an educator in schools serving tribal children, a tribal college and was Director of the Tribal Education Department. Sherry needs to pay the co-pay for her oxygen condenser and portable oxygen that IHS didn't pay. She also needs a wheelchair in order to be transported from her home to Dr. Appts.
