Donate for Sgt. Geer's Life-Saving Surgery

Sgt. Andrew Geer from the Ohio State Highway Patrol will undergo a kidney transplant on October 8, 2024. Sgt. Geer was diagnosed with Alport Syndrome in 2018 when his lab work came back irregular following a patrol physical fitness examination. Sgt. Geer was unaware of his condition prior to his examination. The kidney transplant program requires Sgt. Geer to cover his medical expenses beyond his insurance as well as all medical expenses for his donor. This money will also go towards travel and expenses for him and his family during his surgery and post-surgery appointment.
