My name is Chantel Mills. I am shaving my head for cancer! About 2 weeks ago, my mom, Roxann, was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer called IBC. Inflammatory Breast Cancer is rare and only impacts about 1-5% of breast cancer patients. At this time, Mom is at stage 4 and things are progressing fast. The doctors are looking at management over remission. My mom is the rock of our family and we all want to help her any way that we can. Half of the money raised will be given to my mom to assist with medication payments, meals, new scarves, and any other things she may need during this time. The other half will be donated to the IBC Network Foundation to assist in medical research.
