Donate for Rosie & Owner’s Hospital Bills

Meet Rosie, a 6 month old Golden Retriever, who was recently under my care when her owner was suddenly flight-for-life down to Denver for health complications.
While Rosie was staying with me, she started to show signs of fatigue, lethargy, weakness, appetite loss and vomiting episodes that lasted several days. Not typical of a puppy, nonetheless, this spunky Golden. Then the blood appeared with each episode of vomiting and bowel movement and Rosie’s battle began.
She was rushed to her Veterinarian who began blood work and abdominal X-rays, revealing she indeed had internal damage creating anemia and dehydration from causes unknown. She was kept in the hospital with IV therapies and impending blood transfusions to help get her back to baseline, all the while her own owner was fighting for her life 120 miles away.
I want to raise these funds to cover the cost of Rosie’s current veterinary bills to offload this financial catastrophe from her owner, who is also burdened with her ion human hospital bills. The vet assured Rosie’s likely genetic factors will continue on a lifelong battle for this sweet girl.
Any amount you can donate today will
help not only fight Rosie’s battle, but assist her owner in fighting her own ailments as well.
