Poca, my beloved 4-year-old dog, has been recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer. After feeling a little funny for the past couple of months, we underwent some testing, and unfortunately, the diagnosis is very grim. I am very much hoping the vets are wrong and Poca has many more years to live.
