March 27th, 2024, started our long medical journey for our 2-year-old baby boy, Parker. Parker was at his Grandma's house when he had his first seizure. He has since had multiple seizures. We have been in and out of the hospitals, had CT scans, MRIs, and taken him to multiple neurology and specialist appointments. He was recently diagnosed with a low-grade glioma (brain tumor), focal cortical dysplasia, and swelling of the brain. We have a long road ahead of us. This includes another MRI with contrast, an anesthesiologist for sedation, extensive genetic testing, possible brain surgery, and a lot of neurologist/specialist appointments. Our family will have to miss a lot of work and pay for a lot of travel to get to and from these appointments. We are also having a hard time affording all the extensive tests, medical procedures, and appointments. We understand these are hard times for everybody, and we appreciate all the endless love, prayers, and support. I have faith that our Lord will answer our prayers and Parker will live a long, healthy life!
