Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me as at keech it has offered me so much support & comfort previously from very supportive nurses ,therapeutic support ,doctors available on site too ,social care services..I finally found myself again after traumatic issues which had left me with a worsened long term-in curable illness Spinocerebella Ataxia sca8 which I found out later in life after years of marriage, effecting my mental and emotional health & due to all this I lost my abilities,lost trusting my own capabilities,self confidence in doing things for myself,i couldn’t think straight,couldn’t focus,but then as I got referred to keech i finally got to know that light that i needed at the very end of the tunnel was just still inside me ,waiting to b seen to ,i could think again about myself,that my wellbeing ,mental & emotional health does matter & that just that bit of selfcare can save lives out there.. we just need to be seen & heard to whilst we can..so a lot to take on board as a single parent too ,a mother to 3,with all suffering with similar conditions too.
