Please help Oreo's and Elijah's long term Medical Treatment

Hi my kitten Oreo and cat Elijah both have conjunctivitis, a upper respiratory infection, and ear mites. For now the are receiving healthcare free in a safe haven. Oreo and Elijah will both need long term about 6 to 7 months of ear treatment due to damage done by the ear mites to their ear drums and ears. They come home in about 3 weeks.
