Thursday is going to change my life. I am set to have surgery to hopefully fix an unruptured aneurysm in my brain. I have five kids, two grandchildren and I also help care for my elderly parents. I work full time and just got married to my elementary school crush. I need to take a little time off to recover from this surgery so I'm asking tor help, which I never do.
