I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible sister, Molly Darty, who is in dire need of a newer, reliable vehicle. Molly has always been the kind of person who puts others before herself, and now she needs a little help from her community.

Molly is disabled herself, yet continues to give everything she has to support those around her. She helps care for our disabled mother, has been in the hospital twice in the last month and a half, and is also helping to raise three of her grandchildren. Every day, she’s transporting kids to and from school, getting our mom or herself to doctor’s appointments, and managing the daily demands of caregiving — all while facing serious health challenges of her own.

Her current vehicle is not working and the repairs may be more than it is worth, and is becoming a major barrier to her ability to care for her family and herself. A dependable car would be more than just transportation — it would be a lifeline.

We are hoping to raise enough to help Molly purchase a safe, dependable vehicle that will keep her and her family moving forward. Any amount — big or small — will make a difference. And if you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign would mean the world to us.

This is a somewhat urgent need, and we would consider it a true blessing to receive your help. Molly has carried so much for so many — it’s our hope that now we can help carry a little of that burden for her.
