My name is Margarita, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart. My brother, Milciades, recently suffered a severe stroke (ACV) in Paraguay. It was a terrifying moment for our family — one that changed our lives overnight. He was rushed to the hospital and had to undergo emergency brain surgery to save his life. By God’s grace and the dedication of his doctors, Milciades survived the operation and is now in the long process of recovery.

However, the road ahead is extremely difficult. The hospital bill has already reached nearly $20,000, and although my siblings and I, with the help of kind-hearted people and small fundraising efforts, have managed to pay part of it, we are still struggling to cover the remaining balance.
