Donate for Marvin's Urgent Hip Replacement

My father, Marvin, has had a lot of health issues over the past few years and has outlived his ability to work and all of his resources. Just in the past few years he has had numerous heart surgeries, radiation treatment and a staff infection in the knee that left him in rehab for months. Despite this- he has been doing great and still has great vitality and is still his spry, spunky, outgoing self. Unfortunately, yesterday, while he was doing his qui gong exercises, he lost consciousness for a second and fell, fracturing the head of his femur. He now requires a hip replacement surgery and he is in Mexico with no health insurance. His doctors have given him a very good prognosis but he has to pay in full before they will do the surgery. This should cost approximately $14,000 and, while we are contributing what we can- my brothers and our families are not in a position to pay for it all ourselves. Anything helps. If we can't pay- he can't have the surgery and there are no other cheaper options.
