Hi friends.
My name is Marley. I am a 9-month-old male Belgian Malinois puppy. I was brought into the Corona Animal Shelter on November 2nd in severe pain with no intention of living anything but a painful life at my young age. No one knows exactly what happened to me. If I could talk, I might tell you that I was hit by a car or abused by the people who were supposed to take care of me. Those uncertain days are over for me now though. The shelter has provided me with a pain patch that needs to be changed every 3 days. It’s expensive but it sure makes me feel better! I am not out of the woods though. A nice lady named Jessica has stepped up to foster me so I can leave the shelter and get my much-needed surgery!
It has been determined by both a local veterinarian and a specialist that I need immediate double FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy), it’s a surgical procedure that removes the head and neck of the femur to treat my hip pain. This surgery is my only hope of living a pain free life as the young super sweet, playful boy that I am.
So, will you please help my friends Pets Are Worth Saving (PAWS) pay for my surgery by donating today!
Thanks Friends
