Hello everyone,

My name is Adrian Jahir Casique Ramírez, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help during a very difficult and emotional time for my family.

My grandmother, Ma Del Carmen Gonzalez Paz, is currently undergoing an emergency surgery after a sudden medical complication. We’re staying strong and hopeful that everything will go well, but it has been a very hard moment for all of us.

My grandma is a truly strong and caring woman — someone who has always been there for everyone around her. She’s the heart of our family, the one who brings warmth, love, and comfort wherever she goes. Now it’s our turn to be there for her.

Unfortunately, the medical costs for her surgery and recovery are more than our family can manage alone. We’re trying to raise $5,000 to help cover her hospital bills and the care she’ll need after the surgery.
