As you may know, my sister Lindsey has been dealing with chronic, burning facial pain since July that was worsened by a tooth extraction. We now know this facial pain is trigeminal neuralgia type 2. It’s a disease that is typically progressive and lifelong. When Lindsey first learned about the reality of this disease she was sad and overwhelmed.
But in her research she found a clinic in Florida that specializes in treating Trigeminal Neuralgia with lots of success. She was able to connect with the owner who is hopeful that the treatment protocol would be effective in healing her from this disease. The clinic was started 14 years ago after the owner successfully treated her daughter with a similar protocol. You can read her story and learn more about the clinic at the link below.
The biggest obstacle to moving forward is the cost. The treatment is expensive and would require Lindsey to travel to Florida and stay there for three weeks.
We created this fund with hopes to pursue full healing before her baby son is born through adoption in March. If you feel led to support her in this path to healing, we would be so grateful and please join us in praying for God to work powerfully through it!”
*The $6,000 will cover the costs of treatment. Anything raised above that will help to alleviate some of the travel costs.
