Donate for Leo's Double Hip Surgery

My name is Jess and I am a rescue coordinator for Malinois and Dutch shepherd dogs.

I am writing on behalf of a foster and friend of mine who needs help with his rescue dog, Leo.

Leo is approx 4 years old and was rescued a few years ago from the Rio Grand Valley.

Leo's dad has rescued and fostered countless dogs over the years, many of which have been deemed too tough to handle.

He has never given up on a dog and has always opened his heart and home to dogs in need.

Leo is unfortunately suffering from debilitating pain in both back legs and over the course of the last year, his mobility and quality of life have continued to decline.

Because his dad never gives up on any dogs, he wasn't about to consider giving up on this boy either, he sadly got the news though that poor Leo needed a double FHO (think hip replacement for dogs)

Leo got his first hip done this week and in a few more weeks will need the other one as well.

Leo's dad is never one to ask for anything, however, I am hoping that the community that he does so much for can help me pay it forward to him and help him and his boy Leo when they need it most
