Justus is my wonderful 27-year-old son, who has faced and overcome many medical challenges. We recently learned he has severe retinal tears and cataracts in both eyes and will need surgery.

In addition to surgery, he will need in-home help with post-op care, which adds to the cost at the rate of $200 a week.
