Hello and greetings to each and everyone. My name is Jerry Kilgore and I recently suffered a major accident. I got shot and was left paralyzed from the neck down. In that process I've lost my right leg. And on my left leg I lost my toe beside the big toe. I'm unable to use my hands fully. I have a colostomy bag and a catheter. I am reaching out to my peers for some assistance. I have no funds. I need help 24/7. I need a handicapped accessible vehicle to get to doctors appointments and specialists appointments.
