Jeanne Mbuyi is the mother of Bibi, a dear friend in the Phoenix community. We have known Bibi since 2017 when she first arrived with her young daughters in Arizona from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Her mother Jeanne, who remains in the DRC, is facing a diagnosis of ovarian cancer and has been informed that she needs $5,000 to pay for for the initial treatment, followed by another $5,000 for continued care.
