In January of 2023, my brother Jack was diagnosed with Auto Immune Liver Disease that had already progressed into stage 4 liver cirrhosis. This came as quite a shock to everyone, especially since he wasn’t experiencing any major symptoms that would indicate his liver was in such bad shape.
Due to the adverse and serious side effects of the drugs that are typically used for treatment combined with the only other option of a liver transplant, Jack has chosen to take
Stem Cell Therapy. SCT has proven to work fast and be effective for both auto-immune diseases and liver cirrhosis. This treatment is costly and of course, not covered by insurance.
These health challenges have tested his strength, our family’s resilience, and our hope more times than I can count. Through it all Jack continues to keep a positive outlook and make everyone around him laugh.
My goal is to raise these funds for his Stem Cell treatment. Every donation, big or small adds up and is greatly appreciated. For those who are unable to donate and those who do, we ask that you will keep Jack in your prayers.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping!

Autoimmune liver disease (AILD) is a condition where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the liver, causing long-term damage. There are three main types: autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC). They have ruled out AIH. The progression of the disease is now appearing more like PBC.
AILD is very tough to treat. The adverse side effects of the drugs that are typically used for treatment don’t work for everyone. They have serious side effects which leads to a low quality of life for AILD patients. The doctors’ only other solution is a transplant. But without solving the auto-immune issue, his body could attack the new liver.
Jack has chosen to take a natural approach to recovery! To qualify for a transplant one needs to be extremely sick. Rather than wait around until he gets to that level of decline, Jack wanted to take a more proactive approach. After much research he started a holistic regimen under the guidance of an innovative liver specialist known for his unconventional, but effective treatments.
Blood tests, ultrasounds and a recent MRI show improvement. His liver IS in a regenerative mode. However, the progress is S L O W and as of the past few weeks, Jack’s biliary tree (INSIDE the liver) is starting to constrict and reroute his blood supply. This is causing fluid to back up (ascites). It is putting pressure on his spleen. It’s painful. Jack is now racing against the clock with the biliary tree issue. The SCT will provide a more proactive approach that will target the liver, the auto-immune issue, and work much faster.
