Hello, my name is Elizabeth Patrick, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my youngest brother, Ian Patrick.

Over the past few years, Ian has been battling a number of medical conditions, including Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and dysautonomia. These diagnoses have deeply affected his daily life, to the point where he was homebound for the entire school year—and he will continue to be homebound next year as well.

Despite the challenges, my family and I have been doing everything we can to support him, seeking answers and treatments through countless medical appointments, MRIs, X-rays, CT scans, and specialist visits. Unfortunately, the financial burden of these ongoing medical needs has taken a heavy toll on our family.

I want to do everything I can to help lighten that load. That’s why I’m reaching out to friends, family, and anyone willing to lend a hand—to ask for your support in raising funds for Ian’s upcoming medical care, treatments, and procedures.
