Long time Portsmouth resident Robert Boutin needs our help. Robert is a brain injury survivor and lives in one of our assisted living facilities in Portsmouth. His beloved dog Dexter needs a liver biopsy, which will cost at least $1000. Robert lives on a modest income and needs our help to have the necessary surgery for his dog.
