I'm Bird Rowley, a near and dear friend , Dale Chesser, has recently been seriously injured (broken femur) which required major surgery, all after suffering a heart attack this past fall. As a result his medical expenses are significant and mounting.. My effort is to raise money for his medical bills , rehab and being out of work with no pay for what appears to be an extended period of time.
