Dear Friends & Family,

We recently found out that my daughter Courtney has been diagnosed with melanoma, which is a type of skin cancer.

She is scheduled to have surgery on October 29th to remove the remaining tissue left after the biopsy.

Due to the location of the melanoma on her foot, they will also have to do a skin graft, pulling from another area of the body to close up the wound and allow it to heal properly.

At this time, we are grateful & thankful to God that it is, as of now, contained and has not spread further.

Courtney is a teacher & at this time, insurance is a financial struggle for her, so I, as her mother, would like to help her in any way I can.
