Hi, my name is Janel, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your help in supporting someone who means the world to me—my mom, Connie.

Last year, our lives were turned upside down when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. As anyone who’s received news like this knows, it’s a moment that changes everything. But my mom is a fighter—strong, brave, full of life, and first and foremost, having faith. She went into surgery for double mastectomy, but another lump reappeared a few months later. She’s chosen to take a holistic, integrative approach to healing, and we fully support her decision. After her second surgery, it has come back. Along with all the holistic healing at home : (plant based diet, no sugars, and other treatments) it is not enough. It has spread to her chest wall.

After careful research, she found a place that aligns with her values and health goals: An Oasis of Healing in Mesa, Arizona. This remarkable healing center specializes in integrative cancer care, combining holistic therapies, natural medicine, nutritional support, detoxification, and emotional healing. Their program is not covered by insurance, and as you might imagine, the costs are overwhelming.

Why We Need Your Help

The treatment plan includes multiple therapies over several weeks (or months), along with accommodations, travel, supplements, and follow-up care. Every dollar raised will go directly toward her treatment and recovery expenses.

My mom is not just fighting for herself—she’s fighting to be here for her family, for the people who love her, and to live a vibrant, full life. She is selfless and the kind of person who shows up for everyone else, and now, we’re asking for people to show up for her.
