My name is Shelby, my daughter Cass is having Open Heart Surgery for the 3rd time. She was born with a congenital heart defect and now requires a third procedure. Before she can have this procedure she requires some dental work to avoid infection around her heart. We are struggling to come up with the funds to pay all of that is needed as well as the to cover gas and food for her family while she is in the hospital in Boston.
