We need new floors!

At Borne Arts Collective, dancer safety is always one of our top priorities. While we’ve been proactively monitoring the flooring in our larger studio, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain with regular cleaning and care. While we have long term plans to replace the entire subfloor, our immediate goal is to install professional marley flooring to ensure the safest possible surface for our dancers right now. Marley is a specialized vinyl dance floor used in studios and theaters worldwide because it provides ideal traction and stability for turns, jumps, and fast movements, helping prevent slips and injuries. The estimated cost to install marley in our large studio is $3,000, and we’re asking for support to help us make this important safety upgrade for our dancers and community. Any contribution brings us one step closer to a safer, more professional space.
