Hello Friends,

I am Gauri Danait, wife of Ajay Danait. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read this.

As you all are aware, Ajay suffered a severe Brain Stroke and was admitted to ICU on Dec 16th 2022 in Southern Hills medical centre, Las Vegas, NV.

He suffered multiple strokes in the hospital and fell into a coma for 2 weeks. This has impacted major vital body functions and he is on a tracheostomy tube to protect his windpipe and peg tube for feeding.

He is out of coma and going through multiple therapies at long-term skilled facilities to recover. His visa status is L1 and has been out of work/job. I am grateful and really thank Stixis (Ajay’s employer) for all the support extended in these difficult times and keep his insurance active which is on a biweekly approval.

He was the only earning member in our family with two kids back in India, his elder son is 15 years old and his daughter is 13 years old.

With the current prognosis, it will definitely be a long haul at the Nursing facilities and rehab care centres.

Requesting all to extend your support for, out-of-pocket medical expenses and his eventual travel back to Bangalore, India using Air Ambulance.
