Instead of an Amazon wishlist this year (since they don’t allow group giving), I’m asking for contributions toward a school laptop. While my school does provide a laptop, I can’t use it whenever the projector is on—meaning any time the kids are watching a video, following a lesson, or using the screen, I’m without access to my computer. This makes it really challenging to keep up with tasks like assessments, data entry, and planning in real time. Having a second laptop would make a big difference in keeping things running smoothly while the kids work.
