:Fighting Liver Disease – Seeking Support for Medical Expenses & Stem Cell Treatment
I’m currently battling liver disease and working to get listed for a transplant. While waiting for approval—approximately six months—I’m also exploring alternative treatments that could improve my condition.
One promising option is stem cell treatment, which has shown great potential in countries like Mexico, Switzerland, and Europe. Unfortunately, this treatment is not yet available in the U.S. My goal is to raise $30,000 to cover the cost of treatment in Mexico.
My Story:
I’ve faced significant health challenges over the years, including:
Seven knee replacement surgeries – leading to severe complications, including sepsis, an ICU stay, and nearly losing my life.
Liver disease – caused by a combination of Tylenol poisoning, fatty liver disease (NASH), and past alcohol use.
Sobriety – I have been sober for over four years and am committed to improving my health.
Current Efforts:
Applying for Compassionate Care Approval through Social Security—though new approvals have been paused due to policy changes.
Working with a local congressman to push for approval.
Providing monthly updates to all who support in any way.
I’ve never asked for financial help before, but this treatment could be life-changing. If you’re able to contribute or share my story, I’d be incredibly grateful.
Account info will be posted soon.
On a positive note, for those who know Jess—she is currently cancer-free!
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Your support means the world.
