Donate for a Life-Changing Wheelchair Van

Hey guys I'm making this because I'm in desperate need of a wheelchair Van.

Far too many times a transportation company has left me somewhere and I've had to figure out my own way home sometimes 30 miles away. Even times where I've had to leave my wheelchair places not sure how I will get it home.

I am asking for your help so we can make sure this never happens to me again thank you for taking the time to read this.
