I have had two strokes,which have left me with both legs and one arm paralyzed. I am in need of a power wheel chair. I previously thought it was taken care of.,but despite the generous gesture of my friend the one that was purchased doesn't accommodate my frame. As I have previously stated insurance will not cover the cost and i am not allowed to accept an used one. Additional funds are required.
