All my life I've suffered from endometriosis and I am so tired.
I have been on almost 10 birth controls and my medicine/medical costs are bleeding me dry in every sense. I can't work with my quality of life constantly being demolished by this. Migraines, fatigue, constant nausea, cramps to the point where I can't even move, passing out from the pain, skin inflammation, extreme depression and anxiety, terrible insomnia for years to the point where I only sleep a few hours a night.
I can't live like this anymore.
This has only gotten worse since I was rear ended in a car accident a year ago. I have a pinched nerve in my neck as a result, which makes it very hard for me to turn my head. Even with physical therapy it's been hard for me to recover because my endometriosis continues to take all of my strength to combat at all times.
My doctors have recommended me for a partial hysterectomy. I need a partial hysterectomy. I’m asking for your help to pay for the surgery and the costs surrounding it.
A hysterectomy will help with all of my most disabling symptoms:
Nerve Pain
Muscle Inflammation
Excessive Bleeding
Migraines
Sciatic Nerve Damage
Insomnia
Deteriorating Mental Health
All of those issues make it difficult to maintain employment and relationships. I’ve been living like this for over a decade, and I want to take my life back.
These funds will cover the surgery (surgeon/hospital fees, consultations, flights), medication, recovery (follow-ups, recovery housing, holistic treatments, physical therapy), and basic living expenses while I’m unable to work. If we meet the goal, extra funds will go toward long-term physical therapy and maintenance so I can keep the progress.
A hysterectomy won’t just treat symptoms — it will give me a chance at a life without constant, debilitating pain so I can return to work, be present for friends and family, and reclaim my days.
