Support Special Needs Program

At our program, Special Connections, we are dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults with special needs by providing safe, engaging, and inclusive community outings. These outings are more than just recreational—they are essential experiences that foster social skills, independence, healthy habits, and joy. Whether we’re visiting local parks, exercising, participating in sports, or attending community events, each outing is carefully planned to ensure that every individual feels supported, included, and empowered.

However, reliable transportation is critical to making these experiences possible. Our ability to transport participants is currently limited due to vehicle constraints from lack of funds. To ensure safety, better serve our growing program and provide these significant opportunities at a low cost, we are in need of a 15-passenger van. This vehicle would allow us to transport participants, and necessary equipment efficiently and comfortably. A larger van ensures fewer trips, better supervision, and the flexibility to include more participants in each outing and allow for more opportunities throughout the community.

Investing in a 15-passenger van would significantly enhance our ability to deliver high-quality services, reduce logistical challenges, and most importantly, continue providing these meaningful experiences to those who need them most. Your support can help us open more doors—both literally and figuratively—for our incredible participants.
