Divine Care Initiative! ❤️

I discovered this organization with a small staff working 24/7 to care for orphans / needy children in Uganda… “ Divine Care Initiative “. Their ministry can be seen at dciug.org.
It was impressed upon my heart to spread awareness regarding their ministry and to aid in helping raise funds to provide for their immediate needs, as well as set them up to be somewhat self-sustaining in the future!
I think they really need our help. Here in America, we’re very spoiled for the most part and tend to take for granted all the luxuries we have.
These children do not have that. The Bible talks about caring for the widows and orphans. These children are the ones God calls us to help!
There’s nobody seeming to be starving there, from the pictures and videos, but I do know that we’re helping them.
I admit I haven’t looked into this as deeply as I should, but I will.
Until then , I certainly believe in helping people, especially those that are in need.
This is what Mulumba said to me…
“Life here is really hard. I always face many challenges in doing this work, but I always push forward. I have trouble getting food for these children and also paying the rent for our orphanage home. They are threatening to evict us from the home if we don't pay by the end of the month because it's now four months without paying. But if we don't get food, I don't see why we need to live. It's heartbreaking to see children die and cry out of hunger, disease, and despair. It breaks my heart. They have no one except me. You have really helped us. I am going to the market tomorrow to get food for the children and as well pay a month of our rent as we wait for more miracles to happen our way! May God bless the work of your hands. ❤️”

I really want to help Divine Care Ministries by helping them solve the problems/challenges they’re facing at the orphanage, that is: FOOD and RENT, MOSQUITO NETS, WHEELCHAIRS, among other things.
They have spoken of a plan in hopes of starting up a Farm Project to generate income too... HOW?? This is what they told me.
Uganda as a country is mainly based on agriculture as an economic activity simply because they have good climate/weather which favors this activity (Agriculture).
I have wanted to go over there someday to help for a few weeks!
I’ve been raising funds to help them live and hopefully eventually, thrive!
Please pray for these innocent children that rely on us/God to take care of them!!!
