My name is Na’imah Evans and I am a single mom with end-stage heart failure. I need a heart transplant. I also have lupus, asthma, and diabetes. I have limited ability to work consistently. Currently been homeless with my daughter. We recently got approved for an apartment, but because of my credit the deposit is extremely high. I really need help and I have exhausted all my resources. I pray for relief every day and whatever can be spared would be greatly appreciated. It has been very difficult for us for the past two months. I had to move because my doctor deemed where I was previously living unlivable due to it being on the 4th floor of a walk up, no elevator. Having another heart attack is not what I’m trying to do, so we moved out and been homeless since. Please I just want a safe comfortable place that accommodates my disability. Thank you ❤️
