Funeral Expenses

Yesterday at 3:25 pm we said goodbye to my daddy Donald (JR) Vialpando, He had stage 4 cancer that was overly aggressive. We were not aware of it until it had already spread to more than half of his body. He was a fighter and fought to the very last second, up until he took his very last breath. Words cannot express the loss we are feeling right now… as anyone can imagine. Our hearts are shattered. It was unknown until now that the insurance he had purchased was accidental life insurance. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. Now we are in dire need of financial assistance to help lay him to rest and would also like to give our family out-of-state time to plan and prepare to join us for his services.

It is a tough situation, but we do need to let the funeral home know what the arrangements are and how to proceed but without the funds available we do not know how to answer that question. Due to my own personal grieving... I am putting this out a lot later than I would have liked. My dad and stepmother already lived on a fixed income before this unfortunate situation unfolded, so we would like to do what we can to make sure she knows she is not alone. If there are any remaining donations, they will be given to his wife of 25+ years who is now alone in this world and still has financial obligations.

We are asking for donations to be able to give my daddy a proper funeral and burial.

This was an unforeseen situation as he became ill around Dec 6th, he was admitted to the hospital on January 8th and then passed on Jan 16th.
