I know it's a difficult time for all but I've run into unfortunate unforseen circumstances. My dad passed away peacefully June 1st at his house from a heart attack. Sucks because he was just a few days shy of recovering a full month after double bypass heart valve replacement surgery. I'm mad confussed and totally devastated. I don't want to ask for money help but the state wants his last retirement payment back because they over paid and unfortunately I used it to pay the funeral home. Dad didn't have a will thought we'd be ok with durable power of attorney but that ends once the person passes we didn't know that. So I'm trying my best to pay my bills, take care of my daughter, pay some of his bills, take care of myself, and get an attorney and deal with paying court fees. I'm trying my best to not ask for help but it has proven to be not very good. Any help would be greatly appreciated more than you know by donating or sharing. Please and thank you
