Donald & Dianna DeWitt's Rehabilitation Journey

Hey everyone, my name is Danielle (Dani) Harrison and I am the daughter of Donald and Dianna DeWitt. We (Donnie, Donna, Danielle, Peter) are creating this gofundme for my parents after many people have asked to contribute to their journey of healing and home.

For context: On Tuesday 3/21/23 they were putting up soffit and siding on their new house so they could get occupancy by Friday 3/31/23 (Mom very was excited to be in by Easter). Whilst on scaffolding potentially 20ft up the scaffold blew over and they fell. Unfortunately, they could not move and they laid there for 15+ hours until workers came to install the septic the next afternoon 3/22/23. Thankfully the workers saw them and called for an ambulance immediately. The fall caused multiple broken bones for each of them and because they sat so long toxins spread through their bodies. The cost of this fall is extensive as they have and will be in the hospital for days and when they are discharged they will be placed in rehab centers. They do have insurance that should help cover a lot.They both will be unable to work for the next few months as they get their surgeries and then begin the healing process. We are working on hiring contractors to help finish what they started on their new home so they won't have to wait to get in till they recover.
