Hello- My name is Dominic Reali, and I am in the medical device sales industry. I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Donald Heath onto our sales team back in the fall of 2021. Since that time, Donald has proven to be a valuable member of our team.

 

Those who know Donald understand that he is a man of few words. However, he speaks with intent, and his message is always well thought out. One of the few times that I witnessed Donald get excited was when he told me that he and his wife, Mya Heath, were expecting a baby. His eyes lit up as he broke the news!

 

On January 27, 2022, Mya gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Ansley Marie Heath. Ainsley was born premature and spent the next several weeks in the NICU....an experience no child or parent should endure.

 

Yesterday, Donald reported to his team that Ainsley had passed away. As a parent myself, I was devastated for the Heath family. Donald, Mya, and Ainsley's older brother are a faithful family. God has answered their prayers by removing all of the pain that Ainsley experienced.

 

Donald is an outstanding teammate, a fantastic husband, and an excellent father. While there is nothing that I can do that will remove the pain that the Heath family is experiencing, I want them to know that we are here for them. Even though most of us never had the opportunity to meet Ainsley....she has forever impacted many.
