En febrero viajaré a República Dominicana y visitaremos el orfanato donde creció mi pareja.

El programa “Yo También” de la Casa Pinardi acompaña actualmente a una treintena de niños y jóvenes, apoyándolos en su educación y ofreciéndoles un hogar y un entorno seguro.

Fue el hogar de mi pareja durante muchos años y, por eso, nos gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para devolver aunque sea una pequeña parte de todo lo que recibió, llevando material y recursos que puedan necesitar.

Hello, my name is Mónica.

In February, I will be traveling to the Dominican Republic to visit the orphanage where my partner grew up. This place was not just an institution — it was his home, his safe space, and the foundation that helped shape the person he is today.

The “Yo También” program of Casa Pinardi currently supports around thirty children and young people, giving them not only access to education, but also a home filled with care, stability, and protection.

Because this orphanage gave my partner so much, we would love to take this opportunity to give something back — even if it is only a small part of what was once given to him. We hope to bring materials and resources that can make a difference in the daily lives of these children.

Any support, no matter how small, truly means the world to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
