Hi everyone / Hola a todos. I’m reaching out to this community because I’m facing a medical emergency. I have an inguinal hernia that is becoming dangerous due to my hypertension and lack of insurance. I am currently in Laredo and, because of my situation, I cannot access regular health systems or a formal job.
