My name is Maria , and together with Luis, we are the owners of a Ecuadorian restaurant in Minnesota. This business is not just our job; it is the livelihood of our families and our young children, and the dream we have built with great effort and sacrifice.

Due to an unexpected situation and enforcement operations that are impacting our community, we have been forced to temporarily close our doors. Despite being closed, we continue to face monthly expenses such as rent, basic utilities, bank loan payments, and other financial obligations.

For this reason, we have started this fundraising campaign with a goal of $45,000, which will allow us to cover approximately three months of expenses and keep the restaurant afloat while we work to resolve this situation and prepare to reopen.
