Hi, my name is Cindy Skanderup and I am Don's little sister. On November 13, 2023, Don was hit by a car while riding his motorbike to work. He sustained numerous injuries including five fractured vertebrae, and two dislocated shoulders along with crushing his right foot, ankle and thigh. Don was airlifted to Calgary Foothills Hospital from Medicine Hat. He has undergone two surgeries on his foot with at least one more to go. With Don in the hospital, Christina will need support with travel costs and home expenditures. We appreciate all that can help Don and Christina through this difficult time.
