My good friend and ski racing buddy, Don, was involved in a devastating accident a few weeks ago at Copper Mountain. A snowboarder hit him. This accident resulted in a tib-fib fracture in his right leg. He has already had surgery involving inserting a rod in his leg. His left knee suffered grade 3 ACL and MCL tears. He is currently (as of 4/15) waiting to hear what his doctor thinks he can do for that.

Meanwhile, Don is out of work. As you probably know, he is a self-employed contractor and carpenter. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. He will need help with his day-to-day living expenses and the high costs of multiple surgeries.

We all know Don is an enthusiastic ski racer and a special person in his unique fashion. Please give what you can to help Don through his recovery. We all want to see Don back on two legs and in the starting gate.
