Don Grant Memorial Scholarship Fund

Don Everett Grant dedicated his life to what he loved most – teaching music.  For over forty years, he was the man that generations of school aged children fondly referred to as “Mr. Grant."  To many, he is a legend, and not just for his methods and practices for teaching choral music but also because on a daily basis he served as a shepherd under the auspices of a high school choral director.  His family will honor Don's memory by providing an annual scholarship to an Emporia High School Senior who intends to continue his/her music education in college and beyond.
